Brandon & Audrey had a laid back, relaxed & straight forward attitude which is exactly what I look for in clients. They both knew the general look & vibe they were wanting for their wedding, but weren’t sure how to pull it all together.

They are both hunters, love the outdoors & have been involved in or around farming their whole lives. Fall colors, antlers, pumpkins, corn & feathers were just a few of the elements that they wanted in the design for their big day. YES PLEASE!

Audrey loves all of these things, but she didn’t want it to look like their wedding was at a hunting cabin. I started putting design concepts together & collaborated with their florist, Jerilyn, at The Flower Shop.

Together we came up with some beautiful pieces. I had asked Audrey about putting antlers in her bouquet & she loved the idea. I talked with Jerilyn to make sure she could make it happen & when she gave the OK, Audrey & her mom had a mission to find the right size and weight. “I had a vision in my mind and didn’t know how to make
it happen. You surpassed all the images I had pictured & it’s all better than I imagined” Audrey said as she saw Lake Hill Winery all set up and decorated.

Audrey & Brandon, it was an absolute honor (and blast) to work with you on such an incredible day! You guys made me feel like a friend & it was such a blessing to be able to work with someone so sweet & fun. It was amazing to see you finally celebrate your marriage with all your family & friends. I know you two have amazing things in front of you & I can’t wait to cheer you on! Thank you for letting me be a part of your celebration of marriage!!!

“I’ll say this first, if you can work a wedding coordinator into your budget, ABSOLUTELY DO IT! Hiring Amy was one of the best decisions we made.

I had originally gotten to know Amy through a friend of mine because she coordinated their wedding as well and was really impressed with how smoothly everything went and how relaxed the bride and groom were on the actual day. So when my husband proposed a couple years later I definitely wanted to talk with her!

Looking back on the planning process I can honestly say there was very, very little stress. Amy was very thorough in every meeting we had and was always willing to bounce around ideas and give advice! We gave her an idea of what theme we were wanting to go with and she, along with our amazing vendors, helped us come up with some really unique and cool ideas! I also felt like I was able to be completely upfront with her and was able to say “I’m worried about this” or “I have a concern with that” and she would actually hear what I was saying and not second guess my concern. And as someone who has trouble speaking up, that really meant a lot.

I believe Brandon and I always had our own ideas of how the wedding would turn out, but the actual event completely blew away our expectations. The entire day went so smoothly and we had so many people come up to us and say how relaxed we looked. Our wedding party was the same way! We can say, without any hesitation, that it was because of Amy. Without her help I know the day would have still been good because I married my best friend, but with her help my husband and I were able to have the wedding we had dreamt of. And we gained a very good friend out of it as well! Amy has an amazing gift and it is going to take her very far. Brandon and I are so excited to see what happens next for her!”
